Im thinking of picking one of these up as a nice and somewhat cheaper alternative to an 870. I've also been told by a very reliable source that the quality of manufacture is significantly better in the Weatherby. I've held one myself it was an impressive piece of work; the wood alone was beautiful.

I've also been told that its very much an entry level shotgun - which is fine - but I'd welcome anyone's $0.02
