Any one using one of these good bad ?? Thinking of getting one for my son.

As good a tactical shotgun as can be made in Turkey. I don't think they're still being sold though.

FWIW I've heard the Weatherby's are among the better of the Turkish guns. One source I found said they were made by Armsan, another said ATA. I suppose it is possible that different Weatherby models are contracted out to different Turkish factories.

Anyway, I've had an Armsan RS-X2 pump for a few years and the two guns certainly look the same. I haven't put a huge number of rounds through the Armsan but it hasn't had any issues and it seems like a decent gun.

Armsan did make the RS-X2/PA-459. I don't know who made the others but I'm sure they didn't make the PA-08.

Thanks guys , I am waiting for it to arrive so I can play with it. Then it will go to my son , gotta make sure it works as it should and it's nice to play with something that I have not tried before.

who makes PA-08 ? . I have a 20ga PA-08TR

I have been looking around for a 2-3 shot mag extension for the PA 459 and read that the one for Benelli Nova fits. Has anyone tried this.

I have one that I use for a turkey gun. I put an extra full choke on it and it did a great job this year. I'm very happy with it.
