weatherby sa 459 not cycling

looking for some advice i have a brand new weatherby sa 459 that will not cycle no mater what i run through it even slugs and buck shot wont work . with the slugs the bolt comes back just not enough to eject the shell and cycle a new one and slugs are too expensive

Did you clean it before starting? What sort of lubrication?
How many slugs have you put through it?

yes it was cleaned. i used rem oil . enough slugs to rip my shoulder off and want to smash this pos lol
