Weaver base for Rossi?

A friend just ordered a Rossi M/L and .243 combo. The set arrived with one Rossi scope base, now ne needs another base for the rifle barrel.
Does anyone know if Weaver makes a base to fit the rifle barrel? I think that the rifle is just a copy of the NEF/HR break-action.

According to the Weaver website,the Rossi "Matched pair" requires the
one piece base #92A,The NEF uses the one piece #82
