Weaver C4 Telescope

Okay guys, before I do something stupid how do I adjust windage and elevation on an old Weaver C4 scope?

Both caps are on the scope and rotate exposing a small screw, which I think attaches the turret to the scope.

Does that plastic cap just pry off exposing the actual adjusting screws?

Just pop the cap off and adjust like a normal scope. You need a coin or screwdriver.
