Weaver or Sightron???

Looking to upgrade the glass on a couple rifles for some F-Class and Benchrest shooting.
Which one???

Weaver T36 or Sightron SII 36X42 BR D

I think the T36 is probably better than the SII, but not quite as good as the SII Big Sky. SII's are not fully multi coated, while the Big Sky's are.

As was said, the SII Big Sky is definitely better then the other two by a tangible amount.

Also costs more.

Of the two, both are very similar as they are based on similar tech. both have a strong following and both have served shooters very well.

Offering all three, I have yet to hear any objections from a shooter who made any choice.

Eye relief on the Sightrons SII is a bit longer then the Weaver, otherwise, real similar scopes.

We recommend Sightron variable and there are many to choose from.
