Weaver rimfire?

Who has this scope, difficult to find Weaver online, Bushnell, Leupold, Tasco are everywhere but Weaver is difficult to find. Just got my Marlin 795 from LeBaron in the mail and am thinking about scope. 3-9 is one that is on my mind.
So who carries them? Price on this one?

Found it on WSS site, couldn't find it on WSS before starting thread here. This time I used famous search function. $340 is pricey, same scope can be had in US for $250
