Weaver S2 mounting on Mossy 500???

Just got one today, not sure if I'm missing parts or not. Whys the whole on the mount so much bigger than the actual guns hole?

Also was it supposed to come with mounting screws or do you use the pins already in the receiver?

Anyone got a copy of the original mounting instructions they could scan and email me?

I'd get that 500 to a gunsmith and get rid of that moss problem before it spreads.

Did both today, took him about 10 minutes to install it, while I was there I got him to put the mount on my Savage 23B and bought 2 Marbles S1 tang sights for my 1899's, walked out $150 less than what I went in with.
