I have an older weaver T10 steel tube scope, thinking it's an el paso as it is the older steel tube design and not the newer aluminum ones, has the fine cross hairs and target knobs with micro trak, having trouble putting a fair value on it...
any leads?

It's worth what someone will give you for it, or what you will turn down. It was certainly a very good thing in its time, but in our time similar or better performance can be had at widely affordable prices. I might eventually put something like that on a rifle I intend to configure as a target rifle, not for competition, just range practice for myself. If I were trying to buy one now (I'm not) I think I'd be happy to get it for $200, but not at all certain I could. I bought one some years ago because the seller insisted on getting rid of it when I wanted to buy something else. I traded it to a friend at a value of about $100, don't think I lost any value at that.
