Web order help...........please.

Hello folks,
Been trying to place a web order and forgot my password.
Everytime I reset the password, it says an e-mail will be sent to me.
Three days later, four attempts, no e-mail.
My e-mail is cet1@3web.com.

(Is it really necessary to have an account to purchase from the website?)

Two ways to resolve this;
1) Call Chris and request a reset or new password....
2) or send him a note at web@marstar.ca

We reply to an average of between 400-600 e mail per day, Chris took off between noon and 1pm for lunch has been back on the job 46 minutes, and you don't have a reply ? My goodness I shall have to have him whipped and reduce his rice ration....

They are also REALLY nice to deal with on the phone. Thats how I placed my last 2 orders

BTW.........that e-mail was sent on the 22nd....NOT today.

Leave the poor guy alone John, I'm sure he'll get to it.
