Webley .455

I have a chance to buy a Webley .455 that is in vg shape. I don't know the value of a gun like this. It has the holster and some original ammo as well.

I would like to get the gun for a fair price/ I am not interested in cheating someone who doesn't know the value (the seller has no idea) or paying too much for the gun. (I have no idea either)

If some one has an idea please let me know. I am going Thur next to see it.

I paid $100 for one in good shape (not wobbly). Came with 50 loaded rounds, 50 empty cases, and a set (3) of reloading dies. I didn't even ask for a reduction in the asking price.

You have it made! South of the border, a mk 6 sells in the $500 price range.
Oh by the way, if that's original ammo it will probably be corrosive primed, so clean the gun the same day you shoot it.

And clean the brass immediately too if its not Berdan primed!
