Webley and Scott Junior

There is a Webley & Scott Junior pistol on the EE.
It's 177 and smoothbore looks like fixed sights.
Is this viable for harvesting squirrels and rabbits at close range?

I have one of those. I shot and killed lots of squirrels, gophers, and sparrows with it. Mine has quite a bit of wear on the barrel throat, but had rifling down the rest of the barrel. When it got weak, I got a new spring and piston from the UK, and it seems to have the same power as any other 450fps air gun.
