Webley and Scott Mark 1 value?

A friend of mine is considering buying a 1913 - Webley and Scott Mark 1

I will try to post some pictures but normally I use Photo Bucket but they screwed it up awhile ago. (now they want money)

Is that the Webley Mk I .455 Webley 6 shot revolver? Or another thing entirely?

The MkI's were all pre 1898 and thus legal antiques.

Sounds like the semi-auto Webley pistols. Value wise I don't have much of a idea. I have seen one or two for sale for the 1500-2000$ range but I don't actually know the market value of one (or if they sell at that price).

It is a self loading (semi auto) in .445, The majority of these were made for the ñavy.
