Webley and Scott Xocet

Any thoughts or experience with this bolt action Webley made by GSG? Saw it on DL Air in their rimfire section.

A few other dealers have it as well e.g. Epps and Bulls Eye.

The fact that it's made by GSG doesn't encourage me. But for use as a general plinker it should be fine.
