Webley Mark I FRT

Exactly, and we are asked to put an aluminum rod down the bbl so it comes to rest on the cylinder then mark and measure the rod.
Any variance of plus of minus one or 2 mm is usually ignored but not if it turns the gun from a prohib to a restricted.
And getting a gun declared an antique is tough. Despite the regulations, the CFO's seem to have a good deal of discretion in this. 23388-7 is declared in the FRT to be Antique so that will help your case.

Good luck.
