Webley Mark IV markings question

Hi All

I am trying to find out what the following marking means
I figure it is a military proof mark but have not been able to find out.

It is a Webley Mark IV with the Webley Bee on the right frame in front of the cylinder but above the hinge.
The mark i can't figure out is above the BEE and it is a 6 pointed star with a U in the center.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Star sounds like an Israeli Star of David. Mark was placed on MkIVs used by Israeli Police.
