I've just bought a Webley mkVI and I intend to shoot the hell out of it. Where can I buy fiocci ammo and should I start reloading .455? What should I look out for with this revolver?

The Mk VI is definitely stronger than the black powder era revolvers like Mk I, II and III.

That still doesn't equate to modern high powered ammo like .45acp factory.

Tailored handloads are the best way to go.

.45ACP 850fps
.455 620FPS
Nuff said,
And yes, you should start reloading .455 unless you have a very fat wallet.
One add ,.455 Webley cylinder mouths mike out to .451-.452 which is why Webley bullets are hollow based.

Buying some factory ammo isn't a bad way to get brass, but you should definitely reload if you want to shoot it a lot. I've never seen any current factory ammo for less than $1 a round, and it isn't always available. Lee makes a die set in .455Webley, and Shooter's Den in Sudbury will sell you brass reformed from .45Colt and cast bullets, good service shipping charges still reasonable last time I dealt with them.

Thanks for all the help so far guys. My reloading equipment has sat unused because I couldnt be bothered for the modern Military calibres I shoot. Now it seems I should get off my butt.

That Fiocchi stuff is rather hot, and you will find the cases rather thin-walled making it difficult to get good bullet retention, unless you squeeze them down with a .45 Colt die or even a .45 Auto die, which will reduce their life considerably.

Picked up some Fiocci factory mkII at a buck a round. Will be treating those casings like gold!

Hornady made some .455 Webely brass which I have found better than the thinner walled fiocchi for reloads. If you need some brass, try Mystic Precision, one of this sites sponsors. He brought the brass in for me along with some Hornady and Remmigton lead. I think a few others sponsors carry it, or can get it for you, but you will have to look around. Shooting the Fiocchi factory stuff is going to get expensive real quick, especially if you put a few hundred rounds down the pipe like I have with my Mark VI. Its definately worth reloading of your going to shoot your Webley regularly.
