Go to the Collector's Source website. I see they have a .455 Webley Mk.VI(?) commercial for about $595.00. Getting one isn't a problem; paying for the ammo is. Here in Van' a box of 50 retails for about $50-55. Some Webleys have been reamed to fit the .45LC cartridge.
The .38 S&W will be a little cheaper; I've seen them go anywhere from $75.00 to $275.00. The .38 S&W is a little on the anemic side as far as power goes but I use mine to teach newbies to shoot because the recoil is mild. Be patient and look around, they're not rare.

The picture you included looks like the .455 Mark VI. The .38 S&W guns are less expensive. A lot of the Mark VI guns had the rear of the cylinder ground down to be able to accept the .45 ACP auto cartridge and must be used with clips to hold the auto pistol cartridges in the revolver chambers. The problem with any of the guns that have been altered, in addition to changing the collector value, is that the guns may not tolerate well regular or heavy use of other, higher pressure cartridges. I've owned a Mark VI and used .45 ACP cartridges without any problem, but you should be aware that there is some risk. The .38 S&W guns are smaller and somewhat different from the Mark VIs. But any of the guns are real pieces of history and a lot of fun to shoot.
I've had a Mk. VI for a few years. It took me about a year to find one, but I wouldn't call that rare. Factory ammo is a bit hard to find, and rather expensive. I found some old stuff with a Garate Eibar revolver from an estate sale but still haven't shot it because I realised it's collectible in itself. Fiocchi makes a batch every now and then. I load my own. There are a couple of sources of new brass converted from other calibres (e.g. .45 Colt) which I got from Buffalo Arms in the U.S. a few years ago. I got cast bullets from a shop in Ontario, the name of which I can't recall right now, and they do brass, too. We've covered this topic before, so if you do a search on this site you should find all the details on sources.
The grips came with the gun when I bought it - hoping I can track down some original or repro black plastic grips for it. It's a Webley Mk1 with the cylinder cut back for 45ACP or 45AR brass. Haven't shot it yet, but as soon as I get a #13 shell holder for 45 Auto Rim, I plan on loading up some black powder rounds and head to the range. Bore slugs at .451, so I can use the .452 lead I load 45LC with
And, because it's a Mk1, it's antique. Meaning no license or registration required
