The one I have in the 10,000 range is. I've got the RCMP letter on it. As I understand it, the cut off is about 14,000 with a bit of variation based on individual circumstances. So you should be fine with that. Only way to know for sure is call a Firearms tech or have someone with FRT access give you a printout of their requirements. Cheers
