Website for PAL/RPAL tests

Is there an up to date website for PAL/RPAL courses? I am trying to find a place to do my RPAL course and test but I already have my PAL. The two towns I can do it from are burlington and bracebridge ontario or any place nearby.

Please help me do this before i change my mind, I have been debating this for a while because I was scared out of it.

I've actually already emailed a bunch of the people on there and not got responses. figured it was old, but ill give one of them a call now and see whats up.
