If they are not returned, not used, not defective, not missing parts, and not less-than-new, how is it that can you advertise Browning rifles at a price lower than MAP?

Unless stated otherwise, product is new and in the original packaging.

As for the Browning X-Bolt, they don't have MAP as the X-Bolt 2 have been announced.
