Up to now ,my bullet casting has been done with non gas check bullets. My question is, if a cast bullet is listed to make , say a 264 grain bullet, but is to use a gas check, does that 264 grain weight include what the bullet would weigh with the gas check or what it should weigh from the mold without a gas check?

Don't sweat it. The weight of the gas check is negligible. There's likely more weight difference from one bullet to the next.

A tip on GC...forget them and start powder coating, way more benefits to time spent...no leading at higher velocities, better accuracy with the finished product and you can use any alloy formula you have on hand and you can fit your finished slug to any bore dia you have or need.
