Weird P38 with no markings

What's your guys take on this? Is it a P38? Is it a P1? The slide has no markings and the rest of the gun very little.

Looks like it got worked over with flap wheel on a angle head grinder. Is the frame steel or aluminum ?

Looks like WW2 CYQ Spreewerke P38 frame, Slide is probably the same although defaced. Is it all matching numbers on other components? 771U
Look for 88 over eagle stamps on all components. They could not have ground down all of them from all parts off?

The frame is from a very rare cyq. It’s a 1945 build. Called a zero series. Due to the 0 before the SN. The U is not a serial suffix but the “acceptance” which is believe is actually some type of sub standard acceptance or rejection. The zero series use these instead of waffenamt in most spots. Sadly it was reworked so has little value beyond shooter value now.

Barrel and locking block markings may assist in more info, but the slide has been Redone.
