i bought 4k 124grain 9mm's from aim about a month ago and i noticed some strange things in the first box ive started using. Some of the bullets have a flattened point on them (2nd one in the pic) just wondering if this will change anything in my reloading such as the seating depth? Also found a 158 38/357 bullet in my box too (3 in pic).

Obviously some different bullets got mixed in.
Just set them aside.
I found one in a box of 124gr round nose 9mms that looked just like the others, but measured .346. I'm going to guess that the slugs are cast that size, then swaged up to full diameter before plating.

in a box of 1000 230gr 45's from aim, i had 3 .40cal bullets and 19 9mm's in two different weights. I just put them aside and chocked it up to being the end of a run or perhaps a spill or something. As a side note the .45 were all there and after weighing ALL of them they were within a 2grn difference, :)pretty decent. They all made a.45 cal hole in cardboard as well.

That is a box of sample bullets, where they send a few different types for you to try and you can find which works best. I will send that kind of thing to folks if they want but I try to keep them separated and all the same caliber.
