No doubt there will be more of the missing from both wars discovered in Europe for years to come.
2 years ago I visited the newest Commonwealth War Cemetery, Pheasant Wood, near Fromelles. Australian dead found in mass graves in recent yrs are being re-interrred there after a comprehensive DNA ID process. Fromelles was a poorly planned attack that wasted a lot of lives for nothing, a long tramp across flat terrain into the face of prepared defences with predictable results.
