Yukon - that looks freaking sweet. How does it balance with the UBR stock? And can we assume you'll be posting how it shoots with the ACOG once you've taken her out?

wow. i'm speechless. very very nice.

How is that stock compared to other standard adjustable stocks? I've always been curious.

As far as the cheekweld goes, it is a little high. I can still move it up one more position on the stock adaptor. I find the UBR to balance out the rifle quite well as it was really nose heavy with the factory stock. It is very comfortable to shoot and easily adjustable. I will definitely post a range report when I get it out, which will hopefully be in an hour or so! Cheers guys, thanks for the comments.

Well I went out to the old gravel pit this aft. It was probably the windiest day I can remember! Ranged out 100 yards and stapled up a target. First round hit high and left. Adjusted scope to bring it down a bit. Then the wind really started to pick up and I could feel myself being blown around alot. So I figured that the exercise of zeroing was a waste. Instead I plinked at random junk laying around the pit.

I was very impressed with the clarity of the glass in the ACOG. The reticle brightness is always just right and the field of view is excellent. All in all I am totally happy with it so far. The LaRue mount makes it super easy to switch over to the irons really quickly. Hopefully the weather smartens up and I can get out and really get it dialed in properley.
