were can i get Volquartsen parts

I just recently bought a 597 and want the vol hammer for a lighter trigger but i'm having a hard time finding the parts in canada. were are you guys getting your parts from?

LOL.... Just noticed you are new... They ship lots of stuff actually. I buy 90% of all my parts from them....

ya i tried to buy a flashider from them once and got stuffed so i just figured any gun parts wont cross the border.

Wanstalls brings in a lot of Volquartsen, as does MilArm. It can be kind of hit and miss as to what either of them has in stock at any given time though. But still worth giving each of them a call.

Got my order placed at brownells didn't hear from them or get an email. So i phoned today, the hammer is gonna ship but the extractor cant, go figure....

Maybe check out this kit at Wanstalls that has the VQ extractor along with the VQ firing pin. Maybe a bit more than you were hoping to spend, but it's in Canada and ready to ship.

thats 10-22 im looking for 597 parts. i got the hammer and until the extractor i have fails or causes me grief ill just leave it for now.

Oh right. Sorry about that. Try calling MilArm. They may be able to help you. Still very odd about Brownells though.
