Do you mean specifically the Palma target (which is the US Long Range target)? Or do you mean a suitable 800-900-1000 yard target?
Also, are you interested in the F-Class version? (Palma is shot with iron sights)
In Canada we mostly shoot on the DCRA target system. The DCRA "Long Range" target is a "5-V" scoring system and it is used at 800-900-1000 yards and 700-800-900m. It comes as two half-sheets, each about 2'x4' in size. It is placed on a 6'x6' target frame, or a 6' high by 8' wide target frame. It has a 48" diameter aiming black, which is worth 4 points. Inside that is a 24" diameter 5-ring. Inside that is a 12" diameter V-bull.
The US-LR target is a "10-X" system. It has a 44" diameter aiming black, which is worth 8 points. Inside that is a 30" diameter 9-ring, a 20" diameter 10-ring, and a 10" diameter X-ring.
Both target systems are broadly comparable though as you can see the US-LR is a bit tighter. I prefer the tighter scoring rings of the US target but to be honest the Canadian one is usually more than challenging enough. I prefer the slightly larger diameter aiming black of the Canadian target when I am shooting with iron sights.
For the Palma Match these days, the ICFRA Long Range target is used. It is nearly the same as the US-LR target, except that the 9-ring is 32" diameter instead of 30" diameter.
For F-Class shooting, scoring is moved in one ring and a half-sized V or X is added.
The DCRA targets are available from DCRA (
www.dcra.ca), I think it is $4 or $5 for a pair of LR half-sheets. They last a long time. You can also buy repair centres that cover a bit more than the 24" 5-ring, they are about $1 each. You can also buy black or white patches, they are $10 or so for a roll of 1000 patches (just get a roll of black).
I am not sure if DCRA has a stock of US-LR targets or not, you could call or email them and ask if they have either US-Long Range targets or ICFRA Long Range targets.
