This is my first post. When trying to mount a new 30mm scope on my son's rifle we found out that the new scope doesn't have enough flat room before the objective bell to mount it . The rings we have now are Burris SIG Standard Rings 30mm-High. My question is who makes extension 30mm rings to fit the bases we have now Burris, Redfield, Leupold ? and were can we get them?

I guess it depends where you are located, because if you have a well stocked gun shop near you thats the best bet to just take the rifle and scope there and find what works..

Leupold customer service (possibly Burris etc as well) will be able to tell you what base and rings will work with your rifle/scope combo. I would call them and ask ... they can probably direct you to a dealer in Canada.. several cnadian stores you can mail order from
