It says 2 year degree at community college (associates degree) or equivalent experience. That covers a pretty broad range of people without 4 year degrees…

It's just a standard template asking for education/experience. Most places give zero ####s about your schooling if your experience and certifications are there. Source: I do lots of IT hiring.
