Western Canadian FITASC Open - 2021 07 23 & 24
The first registered FITASC event of 2021 will be hosted by Alberta Clay Sports Training, and held at Beaver hill Sporting Clays on Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24.
The event will be a 200-target event, shot over four layouts over two days. All targets will be re-set at the end of the day Friday.
The shoot will only proceed if there are 24 confirmed registrations by the end of business on Wednesday, July 7Registration will be capped at 48 shooters Shooters will have the option of the Friday morning/Saturday afternoon rotation, or the Friday afternoon/Saturday morning rotation Every effort will be make to compile squads of six shooters, which may result in changes to your preferred squadding preferences
All shooting will be done under the direct supervision of trained referees, and the rules of FITASC Sporting will be observed. The refereeing will be done with an emphasis on education rather than enforcement.
The targets will be set in accordance with Article 2.5 of the International Rules for Sporting FITASC. Each of the four layouts each day will utilize the "old system", which is five traps set out before three shooting positions, and each layout will feature 25 targets - 15 singles and 5 pairs.
Advance registration and payment required. Please send an email to info@cctsf.ca to reserve your place, and to express squadding preferences. Every effort will be made to accommodate individual requests.
Fees:
200 targets - Registration and payment before July8 - $190. All Registrations after July 7 will be $210Insurance - $20 Beaver hill and Alberta Clays Training members are exempt from this fee
Please note: The event will proceed as long as there are 24 shooters registered by July 7th. Otherwise, promoters reserve the right to cancel.
There are no meal or beverage services at Beaverhill - please bring everything you require for the day . This event will be a qualifying shoot for the 2021 Canadian Team selection process
