greetings all,

future firearms owner here. currently have my RPAL and LTATT.

currently hunting for(pun intended ) an original SKS in VG condition to modify with a scope and removable (non-duckbill)magazines.
i've been looking at the marcus magadapter...

also looking for a NON GLOCK pistol; leaning towards a beretta currently.

also looking forward to the scrapping of the long gun registry this fall by the harper government...
**I don't believe it will happen, but i'm currently trying to be optimistic...

Welcome. The Harper gov't will eliminate the LGR- that's guaranteed. Please get involved politically if you want to see other changes to the current (Liberal) Firearms Act. Start with a dirt-cheap membership in either/both the NFA and CSSA, follow up with a cheaper-than-dirt Conservative Party of Canada membership.

Nothing wrong with Beretta, but have a close look at the CZ Shadow. Wonderful gun.

The best gunstore in your area is Del Selin's in Vernon. One of the last of the old-school gunstores, full of treasures.
