Hey folks! My friend and myself were at Lower Trent shooting range on Tuesday working on our handgun skills, when a gentleman pulled up in his truck hauling a trailer and asked if we were almost done. We were just warming up but since we don’t mind sharing the range we invited him to join us. We introduced ourselves, the man said that his name was William Benn. William had just came back to Canada after training for a month at the Sig Sauer Academy in Epping, New Hampshire. William also runs a company called WGT Consulting and asked us if he could set up his new steel targets to test out, we said yes of course. He told us that these targets and others will be used at his training facility that he’s creating in Woller Ontario.
The first he pulled out of the trailer was a vertical 7 swinging plates tree, the other was a 2 swinging plates silhouette hostage stand and man were they fun to shoot. William gave us great shooting tips and a couple of new training drills to chew on. I will definitely be taking lessons from William in the future. He asked if we wouldn’t mind spreading the word on his consulting so here it is people if anyone’s interested, that’s....
