What’s the difference between A Bolt - A Bolt II

What’s the difference between A Bolt - A Bolt II. Is one better than the other?

I think the only differences were made to the stock.

The bolts were different, the trigger too I think. The stock was changed up a bit as well.

also the screw lengths for mounting were changed slighty. I have found out the hard way... there ARE after market stocks available for the a-bolt , but not the a-bolt II Some also call it the micro A-Bolt . I was trying to get a McMillan stock made up for mine. there was just "enough" of a difference on my a-bolt II to not fit. I was told to measure the length of the screws to be able to tell..... I hope this is accurate... the story I got from them anyways.

The Micro A-Bolt was an actual model variant with a lightweight barrel, shorter LOP, short action. Marketed as the Micro Medallion. It was available as both an A-Bolt and A-Bolt II.
A-Bolt bolt sleeves are fluted, A-Bolt II's are not. The trigger was changed slightly, I think.

the most obvious difference is the non-rotating bolt sleeve on the A-Bolt II.....if I had to own an A-Bolt it would be the original version sans sleeve...
