What’s this RCBS die ??

found this die at a gunshow in sealed rcbs bag.
No part number on the bag and nothing on the die itself.

It has standard die thread and a cone shaped tip on the end.

Normally my google-fu is good enough to find info on stuff but this one I have not been able to find online.

Who knows what this die is for?
Looks like some sort of forming or expanding die.

Maybe for flaring the case mouth on straight wall cases? Never seen one quite like that before.
