What a trip !

This past weekend I took my doughter and son camping. My doughter had ust finished her cor program and got her HL Her it was the laST day for spring beer. We were out in the kyaks fishing when we look over and see a nice sizes beer on the shor ripping apart a log. I checked it out to see if there were any cubs around and saw nun. so we went back in and got the rifles and went after the beer. We found it and she hit it with the 303 the first time and then as it terned to go up the slope she put the second one through the spine. HER FIRST BEER is a 5 ft 9 inch beer on Fathers day and boy I could not be more proud of my doughter. 19 good looking and boy se can sure shoot strate. (I guess all the range work pade off) I would put a picture here of her with it but for some reason my posting tells me I cant. But ya what a great fathers day!
 
Congrats on the great Fathers day and her first bear...


Anyone else's brain hurt after reading that? or is it just me.....:confused:
 
Oh well so I cant spell I know that but what the hell I am dislexick or how ever you spell it. I am working on how to post pictures on here so pics will fallow soon

Thanks it has made some great memories. each hunting season one of my kids get something that they have never shot before. the thrill of it is always over the top
 
Her t-shirt says, 'Rub my tummy for good luck'. Didn't work for the beer // I mean bear. Great story and keep posting. You obviously have lots of fun in the outdoors.

She got the bear ( beer) in the Nicolin Lake area above Lavington. It was funny that she was wereing that shirt when she got her bear. All her friends love the idea that she got a bear and of course bug her to about the shirt. she has put the one of her giving the bear a kiss as a back drop on her computer. AND at least I know I have not got a wimpy little girl
 
As someone who taught school for 30 years I have to remind the others here that there is no correct spelling....only standardised spelling.

What is important is the message.

Oh, and a very cute daughter. It would seem the bear did not read the massage on her shirt as he seems to have run out of luck.
