Is that supposed to be a nose cap on a a Lee Enfield? It looks like a very poor job of making one if so. Bad welds ,and cutting wheel marks would make me think it was just a cobbled up piece of "whatever" to look kind of like a rifle from a distance.

That's what I was thinking - pretty crappy job though.
