What Ammo for 12 gauge winchester sxp 3" with rifled 28 inch barrel

What kind of shells do you guys suggest I use in my winchester sxp I plan on doing target shooting and duck hunting in the fall
 
Rifled barrel is no good for shot. Slugs only. Great for sabot slugs, which means it's good for hunting deer ect not birds.

Also 28" seems long for a rifled barrel...

Hunting- I like hevi-shot but you should try some different stuff in your gun an see what it likes/ patterns.
 
Target Loads; I see every brand under the sun at our club, get a box of each available at a reasonable price locally, go to the range and pattern test each at the distance you will be shooting to see what your gun likes.
