Just bought a Garand and was wondering what the recommendatiosn were for 30-06 ammo?

Other than on the boards are there any places on line that you can recommend for affordable mililtary ammo in this cal?

if you or anyone reloads 30-06 ammo specifically for the m1 garand i have an old but very useful 5 page article on what ammo /powder/ bullets work thru the m1 best .
