What are some decent, yet affordable shotguns?

I friend of mine who lives in Texas is getting a Mossy 500, 18.5" barrel for $198 USD. I was wondering what other shotguns us Canucks can get that are decently priced (read cheap) but affordable and reliable? 870 as well. Any others to consider? Looking at the dealers here, the 870 is typically around $350. I haven't found the 500 in 18.5" though.

Save your bills, buy a Benelli pump gun. Novas usually sell for $688 with camo, but if you can wait and look around you will find em brand new for under 5 bills here and there. I did

Used 870 Wingmasters are probably the best deal going for a budget shotgun. They are usually found with a full choke, but having a gunsmith open up the choke isn't all that expensive.
