What are some good learning resources for marksmanship?

My main goal is to reach out and touch steel at like 500 meters consistently some time after my PAL comes in. (Fingers crossed for January.)

Presently, I plan on getting a TM-22 and a Vortex prism optic, and a Howa 1500/Ruger American Predator Gen II w/ a Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40, a shooting bag, and a Harris Bipod (among other things)

To actually learn marksmanship, I plan on taking a Mapleseed course, and taking a courses with the ORA to learn long range shooting. Are there other areas I can learn in Ontario? Ideally in the form of classes in person, as opposed to remote learning in Youtube videos/virtual meetings.

Thank you in advance!

Before spending any money on a center fire rifle and scope take the ORA Intro Day. Also note that you do not have to take an Intro Day to join the ORA. Join next spring and go out to a few range days and talk to the shooters there. You might think that you want to shoot steel at 500M, but might end up liking Target Rifle with iron sights and a jacket and sling shooting 1000 yards.

That's the plan, I learned about some fundamentals courses that they're going to be running in May/June and I'll be taking those.
