What are the best website's for buying milsurp in canda?

I would say your best bet is to get behind your keyboard and check out the banner advertisers at the top of this page.
I have had excellent luck with purchasing from Trade-Ex Canada.
Wolverine is just 4 miles from me, so I have to mention them, also. They don't generally do a lot with cheaper milsurps these days, but they do dispose of collections as they come into the market...... and from time to time they handle some very rare stuff and some pieces in really excellent condition. Their prices are competitive.
Both of these companies will stand behind whatever they sell. Over the years, I have heard of only ONE complaint and that was mostly the result of bad information and a bad temper!
Another one to check out, especially if you are into higher quality and some very unusual pieces, would be P&S Militaria in Sherbrooke, Quebec. The proprietor is our own friend "JP". Their "Antiques" section is to drool for!

Another couple places to add to what Smellie has listed is Collectors Source (tends to be a bit on the pricy side), Joe Salter, the Equipment Exchange on here, Ellwood Epps, the Ammo Source, Corwin Arms, and Westrifle.
The biggest problem with milsurp collecting is it is pretty much all off the primary market. Your stuck with mostly private sales, which generally is hit and miss as to when they show up and at what price.

You gotta keep checking all the different dealers as you never know who will have what at any given time. This year Tradex and Corwin had some pretty sweet offerings for sale. And as was said the EE is a good place to find most things you just need to be quick if a deal shows up. Hesitation leads to disappointment!!

I find that I've had my best experiences with trusted EE sellers. If you have deeper pockets, check out P&S! For the record, I purchased my mint swiss 1882 from Calgary Shooting Center!
Bigger stores like lever arms, frontier, wolverine will occasionally offer milsurp.

I check your site out every day, sir! Looking for a Chilean Mauser, some Swede carbines possibly, and anything Arisaka right now. But being this close to Christmas...hard to pull the trigger on something for me since I juts bought some new fishing gear...
Almost bought your 91/38 Carcano for a restore job, but still on the hunt for a better stock for my 91/41. Everything else on it is the proper 1941 production config rather then an 1891 hodgepodge like you sometimes find in 41' series guns.
Milsurp is a great way to get off smoking, booze, etc: you wont have money for much else
