They have a Para-Ordinance 4.2" 9mm for $945, and ae 4.2" 9mm STI Ranger for $1135.

Both are made in USA I think.

I saw an article last year that Para .45 GI is now manufactured by Armscor. Same company as RIA and STI Spartan. They also use to make some Charles Daly models.

Sure thing! Sean at Freedom Ventures, being the official distributor, told me he was basically responsible for the warranty on behalf of taurus.

Roger at shooters choice is fantastic to deal with i first purchased a 22 conversion for my SAM 9mm but had problems with it fitting so i went back to him and we tried a few different conversions none seemed to fit properly and he was very helpful with the decision to get the GSG 1911 22 to replace the conversion
i believe he will be getting some of the SAM 1911's if you want info just email him and ask him

If you're not going to go the norinco route I would just say just save a bit more cash and buy a base model Kimber. I think you can get one for $900 new. Second choice would be a base model Springfield.

Forgot about para.

I would try and locate a Canadian made Para. Should be able to find one for around $700 I think.
