Im curious if these could make it across the border in the future. Assuming the laws dont change for the worse ofcourse.

This would be considered a firearms accessory - doesn't change the registration of the P320.

Once a pistol - always a pistol - doesn't matter what kind of do-dads you hang off of it.

I don't see any reason why it couldn't. The "firearm" part of the P320 is the internal frame IIRC, and there are lots of carbine kits for handguns already. This looks like a neat kit, although I'd bet a bit on the pricey side.

The only issue would be whether the company is registered with the state department so it's products can be exported.
