What are these guns worth?

Just wondering if someone can ballpark a value on some guns i've in herited.

Savage 99E - .308 Lever Action
Winchester Model 12 - 12 ga. 30" barrel
Lakefield-Mossberg MKIII - .22cal with a Bushnell banner scope.

I would say that these are very clean guns and have no visible rust, however I haven't had the chance to do a thorough inspection/function test.

i'm just wondering if they are worth selling or would i be better off using them as firewood/table legs...etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All of them are probably sellable, although it is not obvious to me what that .22 might be. None are probably valuable, and condition will be key to value. If you'd like to post some pictures, that will help folks to give you an idea as to what (they think) the guns are worth.
