What are these rings called?

Found these last night lying around in my shop and have now idea what they are & why I even have them. They apear to be steel made but other than that I am at a total loss for them. Also how much are they even worth if anything?

are they possibly 30mm scope rings with a adapter for a 1 inch scope ?

See through rings made for a rail. I've seen 'em somewhere on-line. No idea where, of course.

They look like there some alloy type ring set for either a BRNO 22 rimfire (16mm) or BRNO centre fire(19mm), they maybe some Kesslar rings made in the states? worth $40-60 if they are steel? alloy to me is worthless! Looks lik they are for 30mm scope with inserts for 1" scope also a universal ring isn't worth as much unfortunately, good luck, hope you find a good home for them, if there steel give me a shout,take care Dale
