If they are by Leupold (a reasonable guess) they would be called 2 piece STD bases and rings. Front ring "turns in" to front base; the rear ring held captive between two windage adjustment screws. As was mentioned, also made by Redfield - I have had some by other makers as well - Millett, for example. Rings from one maker often work on bases from another maker. Those bases will be very specific for a specific make/model of rifle - hole spacing, and height of the bases from top flat to the curve of the receiver. The rings will be defined by how high to bottom edge or centre of scope tube, from top of base, and then by the diameter of the scope it is made to hold - 1", 26mm, 30 mm, etc. all were common at one time or other. When new, the bases would have come with the attaching screws to fasten to that particular rifle = often 6-48, but sometime 8-40, depending on make and model of rifle.
