Yes... they are... lead shot ( alloyed with a small percentage of antimony for added hardness )
Should actually "say so" ( LEAD SHOT ) right on the box lid, right hand side, under the shot size.

I found a link that said they were lead, but no mention of antimony.
I looked on the box also, and was surprised I didn't see it there (my wife isn't surprised as I cannot find my watch..and other things even when I'm standing right in front of them).
