I just picked up a Winchester model 70 in 270 WSM and I am looking for a good hunting load.
This load will be for deer hunting and possible as a backup rifle for moose hunting.
I also would like to work out the coyote load but deer hunting is my main priority.

My local shop only has 130 G hornady GMX so I'll give them a try,
What bullets should I look for and does anybody know where they would be in stock??

What powder have you been using in the WSM?
I will try H 4350 and H 4831sc first cause I have some on hand.

I'm getting about 3225 fps with 130 gr TSX bullets over RL19. I think a slower burning powder would probably give me a little more velocity, but this load shoots good in my T-3. Either of your choices of powder should work well.

I was shooting the same as Scott and am going to try to switch over to 130gr Accubonds because the TSX rings are messing me up for OAL.

I am using the 140 Accubond in my Kimber, I have tried H4831, WMR and H4350, they
all shot well and the bullet has performed well in the few deer I have taken. I settled
on the WMR because I have a bunch of it and the other powder did not do any better.
I would like to try the new LR Accubonds when they become available, my buddy is also
shooting the caliber and he uses H4831 behind the same bullet.

I'm using a 130 NBT and a pile of 7828 in my Montana. It seems to kill deer about as good as anything, and smacks coyotes well. 150 NBTs and 130 TSXs also shot well but I haven't killed anything with them out of the WSM, but having used them in the .270 Win and .270 Weatherby will just assume that it would fall right in the middle.
