If you are in love with it, then no remarks will dissuade you, and, anyway, a man should have his heart's desire, whatever the final outcome. Good luck!
If, however, it's a matter of cost, then perhaps you might reconsider.
Rossi's, in my experience, are pretty costly for the quality they deliver. Half the quality for 75% of the price of, say, a S&W.... or a Ruger.
Or, half the quality for 90% of the price of a Chiappa.
If you spend $100, every time you take it to the gunsmith for a fix or adjustment, or upgrade... it doesn't take long to pay the price of a Smith, while having to tolerate something you now resent.
